1.

A provisional booking date may be made by telephone and will be held for seven days receipt of a completed booking form and full deposit or payment as appropriate. | |

2.

A deposit of £100 per week is required complete with the booking form. Confirmation of the booking will normally be made within seven days of receipt of deposit. Once the booking is confirmed the deposit will not be refundable. | |

4.
|
In the event of cancellation the following charges will apply: | |
|

8-10 weeks
prior to departure ...... 50% of total rental charge Less than six weeks .................. 100% of total rental charge |

5.
|
All cancellations
must be made in writing by the signatory that appears on the booking form. |
|
|
6.
|
We cannot
be responsible nor liable in respect of loss, damage or charges caused by force majeure (e.g. strikes, floods, airport closure or adverse weather conditions). |

7.
|
Clients may gain access to the property after 4pm on the day of arrival and must vacate the property by 10am on the day of departure unless agreed otherwise. | |
|
8.
|
Only the persons named on the booking form are allowed to stay on the premises. | |
|
9.
|
The villa is fully insured. | |
|
10. |
Any problems that arise should be immediately reported to us on our Turkish phone number, although a member of staff is usually on site every day. | |
|
11.
|
The villa is only available for family bookings. | |
